Change of mind

We appreciate that changing one’s mind is a natural part of life (I for one can never decide which flavour I want at those ice cream shops…I do like those little tasting spoons, though) and its totally your prerogative to do so. However, in this case we are trying to drive as much funding to our cause as possible by limiting our administrative costs. Therefore, we do not offer change of mind returns or refunds so, in the words of the old knight from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, choose wisely. Anyway, we Sure HOPE (see what we did there?) that you understand.

Damage or faults

Damage or faults, on the other hand, are a totally different story. If you have received our products and they’re NQR (not quite right) – things like the pump tops not working or the contents spilled into a gooey mess in its pack (eeeew), we will replace the damaged or faulty items free of charge. Just follow our returns process below.

Incorrect items

Nothing in life is perfect and sometimes we might get things wrong – please forgive us! If your order doesn’t match the items received, we want to rectify this issue. Goods, in this case must remain unopened and in their original condition. Just follow our returns process below.

Allergic reactions

In the rare instance you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, take a photo of the reaction if possible (keep it clean people!) and discontinue use of the product immediately. Products must be less than 20% used to be considered for refund or exchange. Just follow our returns process below.

Incorrect address / Return to sender

Oops, you've keyed in an incorrect address while ordering. Or perhaps you got caught up watching re-runs of Survivor and forgot to collect your SHOPE parcel from the post office? In this case, your parcel will likely return to us. We're more than happy to resend it, however you'll need to cover both the return AND resending fees, which can be pretty pricey! So probably best you check your details fully before submitting or put a timer on those Survivor reruns!

Returns in four easy steps:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect items if possible.
  2. Hold on to the items you have received until you speak to one of our customer support superhumans.
  3. Send an email to hello@shopeforhope.com, attaching the photos along with your order number, within 5 days of receiving your goods. (Note: We will honor allergic reaction returns up to 60 days from dispatch).
  4. Wait for one of our customer support superhumans to contact you (typically within 5 days).
